Care Matters & NZDSA Future Planning Workshop 4

Care Matters and the New Zealand Down Syndrome Association (NZDSA) are excited to collaborate and bring you a free four-part online workshop series designed to empower whānau in planning for the future. Rooted in the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) principles, these sessions provide practical tools, insights, and connections to help you navigate the journey ahead.

Attend all four for the full experience or join individual sessions as they suit you!
These sessions, led by facilitators with lived experience, will cover:

2 April – Understanding how EGL principles support future planning
16 April – Discovering ways to envision the future for your loved one
30 April – Turning your vision into actionable steps
14 May – Developing skills to overcome challenges along the way
These workshops have been designed specifically for parents and whānau who have family members with Down syndrome
