    Hi Just trying to renew my subscription for 2 years, was going to do an internet banking but have com on the screen

    error – you already have a subscription to this membership. Please update your payment details on the existing subscription instead of purchasing again.

    Not sure what to do as doesn’t give me an option to pay by credit card instead.

    Hi Jenny – sorry I missed your call. Tried to ring back but no reply. I am looking into this for you. Did you try to pay via the email you got saying membership is due? We are now only doing yearly memberships as well. Will get back to you as soon as I hear anything.
